Do you have a physical store? 

We do not have our own store but occasionally sell at local businesses or vendor markets. This is also where you will find our Affordable Chic line of jewelry, with each piece priced at under $25. We always announce such events well ahead of time on Facebook and on our website, so check back often. Of course, purchases from our website can be made at any time. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. Please see our Return Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the USA only. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

First-class shipping, including insurance, is always free. 

Do you do jewelry repair? 

We do, but with limitations depending on the design and unique materials involved. If you have a piece that requires repair, please contact us with a photo so we can give you suggestions on how we might be able to help.

Do you offer classes? 

We do not offer classes but suggest checking Bev's Yarn Barn in Rock Island and the Rock Island Public Library Event Calendar as well as Beadology in Iowa City, Iowa. 

Do you sell beading supplies?

We are a resale store and don’t sell beads or other supplies. For high-quality jewelry supplies, please visit Beadology in Iowa City, Iowa, or La Bead Oh! in Springfield, Illinois. Fire Mountain Gems and Lima Beads  offer a wide variety of beading supplies online. Etsy  is a good resource for a variety of materials, especially one-of-a-kind art beads and supplies.

Do you accept commissions? 

We will gladly custom-design jewelry pieces and can offer a range of unique materials to build an item to your taste. Please be aware that we will not duplicate a previously sold item. All Beadalanna designs are one-of-a-kind and cannot be reproduced. We will gladly make jewelry sets for special occasions, such as wedding parties. 

Do you buy beads/beading supplies? 

We rarely buy supplies from individuals and only consider high-quality materials, such as professionally strung semi-precious beads, stone, and Swarovski pearls or sterling silver findings. Please contact us through our online contact page to inquire.
