Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing a product from Beadalanna.com!

To be eligible for a full refund, you must return the item within 30 calendar days of having received it. The item must be undamaged/unblemished in any way. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. After we receive your item, we will carefully inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Credit card payments may take five to ten business days to show up in your account. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return more than 30 calendar days after you received it, you will not be eligible for a refund.
